Job summary

Baymak, a leading Turkish HVAC manufacturer, is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Supervisor to join our Istanbul team. You will lead spare parts sales efforts, drive SKU optimization, and coordinate planning with service networks to maximize revenue.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years in spare parts sales or after-sales, strong English, and proven team leadership. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial)
• Minimum 5 years of spare parts sales, planning, or after-sales experience
• Good written and spoken English
• MS Office; SAP is a plus
• Experience in team management and strong communication skills
• Analytical, results-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
• Active driver with no travel restrictions
• Residing in, or willing to relocate to, Asian side of Istanbul or surrounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct spare parts market and competition analyses; analyze and monitor spare parts processes across the industry
• Design and implement SKU optimization
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve the spare parts ordering and shipment system
• Follow up on the authorized service target bonus system and stock tracking
• Determine periodic spare parts order forecasts and monitor lead times
• Coordinate pricing, procurement, and category management to maximize revenue
• Collaborate with authorized service providers to support growth
• Ensure availability of products and accessories for after-sales service
• Coordinate regional service managers with Planning and Logistics to hit sales budgets
• Support Product Development, R&D, and Quality projects related to spare parts operations
• Establish and manage data-driven reporting processes

We are looking for a Spare Parts Sales Supervisor to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spare parts market and competition analyses; analyze and monitor spare parts processes across the industry,
• Design and implement SKU optimization,
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve the existing system structure for spare parts ordering and shipment processes,
• Follow up on the authorized service target bonus system and stock tracking system,
• Determine periodic spare parts order forecasts and monitor lead times,
• Ensure coordination of category management, pricing, and procurement to maximize revenue,
• Contribute to sustainable growth by strengthening collaboration with authorized service providers,
• Follow up on the products, accessories, and equipment the authorized service network may need for after-sales service activities, and ensure they are added to the after-sales product portfolio,
• Coordinate regional service managers and the Planning and Logistics teams to achieve the spare parts sales and profitability budget,
• Follow Product Development, R&D, and Quality projects carried out within the Group and the company, and provide support on matters related to spare parts operations,
• Establish and manage reporting processes with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, planning, or after-sales services,
• Good written and spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus,
• Experienced in team management, with strong communication and relationship management skills,
• Analytical thinker, results-oriented and open to development, with strong planning and organizational skills,
• Active driver with no travel restrictions,
• Residing in, or willing to relocate to, the Asian side of Istanbul, Gebze, or the surrounding area.
