Job summary

Doğuş Otomotiv, Türkiye's leading automotive importer, seeks an Assistant Manager, Product Management for the SEAT & CUPRA Marketing Department. You will lead product planning, pricing, profitability management and market analysis while developing the product team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, After Sales and Brand teams to implement product strategies, pricing campaigns and lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Product Management
• Previous people management and team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics, pricing, and profitability management
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management capabilities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel when required, and valid Class B driver's license

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with international stakeholders and working effectively in a multicultural business environment.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the Product Management team to achieve department objectives
• Managing team workload, setting priorities, and monitoring performance
• Developing and executing product strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Managing pricing, campaign, profitability, and budgeting processes
• Conducting analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinating new model launches and product lifecycle management activities
• Monitoring product performance and recommending corrective actions when needed
• Preparing management reports, presentations, forecasts, and business evaluations
• Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, After Sales, and Brand teams to ensure business targets are achieved

What We're Looking For
