Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute product plans for assigned products.
• Lead product planning activities for new launches, including pricing strategy, trim strategy, price proposals, and positioning charts.
• Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product-related matters.
• Support marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and product-related content.
• Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities; provide monthly analyses to management.
• Identify market requirements for current and future products.
• Propose product development opportunities and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Support training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to follow market trends and gather field insights.

This position is at the team member level and does not involve team management.

We want you to:

• Collaborate with HME and HMC on all product‐related matters
• Support the marketing communication and PR teams with advertising materials, brochures, launch events, and all product‐related content
• Monitor and analyze ODMD reports, market trends, competitor pricing and campaign activities, and provide monthly analyses and reports to management
• Identify market requirements for current and future products
• Propose product development opportunities and cost‐reduction initiatives
• Support the training department by delivering product training for dealer sales teams
• Conduct regular dealer visits to closely follow market trends and gather field insights
• Report directly to the Product Department Lead

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum 3‐4 years of experience in relevant fields
• Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with light commercial vehicles, is an asset
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, creativity, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem‐solving and decision‐making capabilities
• Effective team player with strong collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed
