The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong English, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules, along with proficiency in MS Office and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Engineering.
• Experience in Finance within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in financial planning, cash flow management, credit management, banking transactions, and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to financial processes and ability to monitor regulatory changes.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow plans and manage related transactions.
• Monitor macroeconomic indicators and contribute to financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Manage cash flow planning and financial transactions with regular reporting.
• Coordinate with banks and global financial institutions.
• Oversee payment and collection operations with relevant departments.
• Monitor customer and vendor account clearing and reconciliation.
• Monitor principal and interest payments on loans.
• Define team duties, plan workload, and allocate tasks.

Job Description

• To prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow plans and ensure the execution, control, and reporting of related financial transactions.
• Closely monitor and analyze national and international economic developments, financial markets, and macroeconomic indicators; contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning in line with company objectives.
• To manage cash flow planning and execute financial transactions in line with approved plans, ensuring regular reporting of related financial processes.
• Managing relationships and ensuring effective coordination with banks and other global financial institutions.
• To manage payment and collection operations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor customer and vendor account clearing and reconciliation processes.
• To monitor and control principal and interest payments on loans.
• Define the duties and responsibilities of team members, plan work priorities, and manage workload allocation effectively.
