Job summary

• Graduated in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials and Metallurgy, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in OEM projects.
• Involved in sales and quotation processes with cost analysis experience.
• Proficient with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer visits.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented with ability to manage complex processes.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from Mechanical, Industrial, Materials and Metallurgy, Automotive Engineering or similar departments,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) projects,
• Actively involved in sales and quotation processes,
• Knowledgeable and experienced in cost analysis,
• Preferably proficient in using SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems,
• Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively and efficiently,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel, and able to attend customer visits,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Capable of advanced reporting and delivering effective presentations,
• Highly analytical with the ability to manage complex processes efficiently and adopt a solution-oriented approach

Job Description

• Initiating and managing the quotation process in line with customer requirements,
• Conducting cost analyses for new and existing projects to develop competitive pricing strategies, Performing preliminary cost studies related to equipment, tooling, and investment items,
• Sharing approved quotations with customers and finalizing the quotation process by following up on feedback,
• Regularly compiling and comparing sales performance data to identify operational improvement areas by considering internal and external factors,
• Updating quotations and restructuring the process in line with engineering changes.
