Doğuş Otomotiv is seeking a Parts Coordination Supervisor / Assistant Manager for the Porsche After Sales Department. You will link Porsche AG, dealers, and internal teams to optimize parts availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating operations, monitoring stock, and driving process improvements across the network, with frequent collaboration with After Sales, Logistics, Sales, Finance and Dealer Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in automotive after-sales, spare parts, logistics, supply chain or dealer ops.
• Leadership experience preferred for managerial roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to manage dealer and international stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate parts operations across Porsche dealer and service network.
• Serve as main contact between Doğuş Otomotiv, Porsche AG, logistics and dealers.
• Build relationships with international stakeholders and coordinate meetings.
• Help implement parts standards and policies across the dealer network.
• Monitor ordering, stock health and emergency orders.
• Ensure efficient inventory structures and profitability analyses.
• Lead market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing activities for parts and accessories.
