Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician (backfill) in Şişli, Istanbul, to provide desktop and laptop support for enterprise clients.

You will install Windows, troubleshoot hardware/software, support Office 365, configure printers, and handle basic network issues on-site, with English communication required.

This flexible, project-based role offers competitive hourly pay, travel reimbursement where applicable, and potential recurring assignments based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN).
• Experience troubleshooting PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Preferred certifications in CompTIA A+/Google IT/Microsoft.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document completed work accurately and professionally.
