Job summary

iSoftStone in Istanbul is seeking an on-site Field Services Specialist to deliver end-user IT support across computing devices, printers, and basic networks. You will resolve incidents, install and configure hardware, and assist with asset lifecycle management.

The role requires 3+ years of field IT experience, ability to travel between sites, and strong English and Turkish communication. You will work with ITSM workflows (ServiceNow or equivalent) and coordinate with vendors on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on field IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration, and end-user support.
• Ability to travel between sites and work in onsite environments.
• Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) for ticket handling.
• Fluent in both English and Turkish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT end user support including incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment
• Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, including remote and onsite troubleshooting and system configuration guidance
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination, and asset disposal processes
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties for repairs, onsite activities, and equipment logistics
• Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hypercare activities, and special initiatives
• Provide after‑hours or escalation support for plant‑critical issues when required
