Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support across Manisa sites. The role emphasizes field support operations, incident resolution, and asset lifecycle management, with travel between client sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on IT support, strong Windows/MacOS knowledge, and experience with ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow. Fluent English documentation and vendor coordination are advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on field IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, mobile devices, printers and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration, and end-user support.
Ability to travel between sites and work onsite.
Experience using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent) for ticket handling.
Basic English reading/writing for documentation and vendor coordination.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCP/MCSA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT end user support including incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.
Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, including remote and onsite troubleshooting and system configuration guidance.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination, and asset disposal processes.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties for repairs, onsite activities, and equipment logistics.
Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hypercare activities, and special initiatives.
Provide after-hours or escalation support for plant-critical issues when required.
