Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Specialist to provide on-site IT end-user support and end-to-end service for devices and systems in Mersin. The role focuses on field support operations, incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting at client sites.

The position requires traveling between sites, delivering VIP and Tech Bar support, and coordinating with vendors. You will handle asset lifecycle management and contribute to IT projects and hypercare

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on field IT support experience.
Proficient in Windows and MacOS, mobile devices, printers, and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration, and end-user support.
Willingness to travel between sites and work onsite.
Experience with ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow or equivalent).
Basic English reading and writing for documentation.
Certifications such as MCP/MCSA are a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite IT end user support including incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.
Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, including remote and onsite troubleshooting and system configuration guidance.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination, and asset disposal processes.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties for repairs, onsite activities, and equipment logistics.
Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hypercare activities, and special initiatives.
Provide after-hours or escalation support for plant-critical issues when required.
