Job summary

Stellantis Middle East & Africa is seeking a Senior leader to build and lead the MEA Parts & Services Performance Hub, delivering the Aftermarket program and data-driven insights to improve retention, network performance, and OE/IAM parts growth.

The role requires regional leadership, cross-functional collaboration with dealers, repairers, and markets, and a track record in data, analytics and digital platforms to turn insights into measurable actions across the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Senior, business-oriented leader with automotive Aftersales/network and parts-distribution experience.
• Proven ability to build teams and manage complex programs.
• Strong data/analytics and digital-product delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the MEA Parts & Services Performance Hub and deliver the Aftermarket program.
• Establish data models, dashboards, KPIs and performance frameworks across Markets and networks.
• Own regional digital ordering platforms and revenue-management cockpits.
• Collaborate with Market leaders, dealers, repairers and central Stellantis teams.
