Job summary

An Anadolu Group unit in Turkey seeks an experienced After-Sales Services Manager to audit authorized centers, drive improvements, and support dealer networks across technical and operational facets.

The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and parts sales while coordinating with Customer Experience, Warranty, and IT teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in after-sales services, authorized service network management, or technical field operations.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic visits to authorized service centers to audit after-sales operations against standards, structure, personnel and technical norms.
• Identify improvement opportunities and define corrective actions, monitoring implementation.
• Ensure monthly ASS reports are submitted and distributed to company and dealers.
• Monitor spare parts inventories, perform stock analyses and report findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience and Warranty to address dealer and customer requests promptly.
• Support After-Sales Services and Spare Parts Sales & Marketing activities; assist pricing policy development.
• Monitor industry practices to identify service operation improvements for the brand.
• Assist dealers with recruitment criteria and participate in interviews when required.
• Assist dealers and IT in developing and improving dealer management systems and processes.
