Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Art Director to lead the creative vision, brand strategy, and creative operations across Crs Soft.

This role is responsible for defining and evolving the visual and communication direction of the organization while building high‑performing creative teams and ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines strong creative leadership with strategic thinking, business awareness, and a deep understanding of modern marketing, branding, digital content, and creative production workflows.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, including experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Proven experience building and scaling brands across multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio demonstrates expertise in branding, campaign development, visual storytelling, and creative leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and modern creative technologies.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and brand development.
• Strong presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to leverage design thinking methodologies to transform complex problems into effective creative and business solutions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity, business objectives, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall creative vision and brand direction for Crs Soft.
• Partner with executive leadership to align creative initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary creative teams including marketing artists, copywriters, motion designers, video & photography artists.
• Establish creative standards, processes, and quality benchmarks across the organization.
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns across digital, social media, web, video, and emerging channels.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual, written, and interactive brand communications.
• Build and maintain scalable creative workflows that enable efficiency without compromising quality.
• Lead creative planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and capacity management across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive activities to proactively shape future creative strategies.
• Present creative concepts, strategic recommendations, and campaign performance insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Own creative team performance, development plans, hiring decisions, and succession planning.
• Manage creative budgets, external vendors and production partners when required.
