Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking a Senior Concept Artist to shape the visual identity of our games from inception to completion. You will collaborate with a team of artists, creating compelling concept art that fuels our creative vision and elevates our games to exceptional levels.

You bring proven game industry experience, mastery of digital and traditional media, and the ability to mentor others while delivering ideas clearly across multiple art styles.

Job Description

As a Senior Concept Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our games from inception to completion. Leveraging your extensive experience and artistic expertise, you will work with a team of talented artists, creating stunning concept art that fuels our creative vision and elevates our games to unparalleled levels of excellence.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a concept artist in the video game industry, with multiple achievements,
• Exceptional proficiency in digital art softwares such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Substance 3D Collection, etc.,
• Mastery of traditional art techniques, including drawing, painting, and visual storytelling,
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and processes, with a keen eye for how concept art integrates with other disciplines,
• Strong mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire a team of artists,
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide constructive feedback,
• A passion for pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling in gaming and a commitment to innovation and excellence,
• Ability to work across multiple art styles from hyper-realistic to super-stylized,
• An attentive eye for light, color & composition,
• A perfect team player with excellent communication skills,
• Following current trends and being able to forecast the upcoming ones,
• A portfolio of your art that will reflect your ability and skill set to work with

different techniques and styles.

• Collaborate closely with concept art lead to develop and refine the visual style and direction of our games, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision,
• Create key concept art pieces, including characters, environments, props, and key moments, that serve as the foundation for the game's visual design,
• Oversee the development of concept art pipelines and processes, streamlining workflows and ensuring efficiency and consistency across the team,
• Mentor a team of concept artists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the highest quality of artwork and creative output,
• Act as a creative leader and advocate for the importance of concept art within the development process, championing innovative ideas and approaches that push the boundaries of artistic expression,
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new techniques and methodologies into our artistic workflows to maintain our competitive edge.
