Job Description

We are looking for a Video & Photography Artist who will take an active role in creating high-quality visual content that represents our brands across multiple platforms. This role focuses on planning, producing, and editing both photo and video content while maintaining strong visual storytelling, technical excellence, and brand consistency throughout the entire production process.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and design teams to produce a wide range of content, including campaign videos, social media assets, employer branding materials, corporate communications, behind-the-scenes productions, and event coverage. The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical execution, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously and adapt to evolving creative needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute photo and video productions from concept to final delivery.
• Produce photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, employer branding, corporate communications, and other brand initiatives.
• Manage the complete production workflow, including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, color correction, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams during ideation, moodboarding, and content planning.
• Develop visual storytelling approaches tailored to different brands, audiences, and communication objectives.
• Create engaging visual content optimized for multiple digital platforms while maintaining high production quality.
• Capture company culture, office life, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments in an authentic and engaging way.
• Organize and maintain production assets, footage, and project files.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand communications.
• Continuously explore emerging visual trends, production techniques, creative tools, and content formats to enhance future productions.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Communication, Media Production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of photography, videography, cinematography, and visual storytelling principles.
• Strong knowledge of composition, framing, lighting, color theory, and camera techniques.
• Ability to independently manage productions while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Professional experience in photography and video production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience with the complete production pipeline, including pre-production, shooting, post-production, and content delivery.
• Experience editing both video and photography with strong pacing and narrative awareness.
• Experience producing content for social media, digital marketing, and corporate communications.
• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics is considered a plus.
• Basic sound editing and audio post-production knowledge is a plus.
• Experience working with professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and production workflows.
• Interest in gaming, entertainment, technology, or digital culture is considered an advantage.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new creative tools, production techniques, and evolving content trends.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency across different visual styles.
