Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking a Project Manager to oversee game development from concept to delivery. You will structure work, coordinate internal and outsourced teams, and translate high-level needs into actionable tasks while maintaining quality and timelines.

You will collaborate with development, design, and product teams, ensuring clear stakeholder communication and a continuous improvement mindset across projects and global time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Interest in the gaming industry; familiarity with games and player experience.
• Passion for playing and understanding games across different genres.
• Experience or strong interest in project management, product development, or game development.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of requirement gathering and change management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decisions.
• Experience working with resources not under direct control (in-house & outsource).
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar is a plus.
• Experience contributing to end-to-end product delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level directives into clear tasks and manage the backlog.
• Prioritize tasks and align execution with the product roadmap.
• Plan, track, and manage development processes from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate in-house and outsource resources based on skill alignment.
• Define project timelines, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Track incoming work, validate outputs, and ensure quality and scope alignment.
• Manage revision cycles and ensure feedback is implemented effectively.
• Coordinate dependencies across development, design, and other teams.
• Identify risks, track progress, and take proactive action when needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at appropriate levels of detail.
• Facilitate decision-making, track action items, and maintain change logs.
• Support roadmap execution and continuous process improvement.
• Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Support operational planning, outsource coordination, and related budget tracking processes throughout production.

Job Description
