Codeway in Istanbul seeks an Associate Marketing Artist to amplify our app campaigns worldwide. You will craft engaging visuals, both motion and static, translating marketing strategies into eye‑catching assets and collaborating with marketing on data‑driven concepts.

You will stay ahead of trends, analyze performance, brief vendors, and support motion design with a strong storytelling mindset. This role offers a dynamic startup environment with extensive growth opportunities.

• Experience in marketing creative design or advertising.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors for visual production and timelines.
• Create 2D assets for UA ads and static content.

That’s why we are looking for a creative and exceptional Associate Marketing Artist who will help us introduce our apps to millions of users around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Craft compelling designs. Craft visually compelling designs for mobile product-related marketing campaigns, including both motion graphics and static visuals.

• Collaborate with marketing. Work closely with the Marketing Team to understand data insights and brainstorm innovative creative ad ideas.

• Translate initiatives into visuals. Transform key marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals that capture attention.

• Follow trends. Stay on top of social media trends and the mobile app creative ad industry.

• Analyze performance. Analyze performance data from creatives, break down ad performance, and generate improvement ideas.

• Manage external communication. Communicate with and brief third‑party vendors on visual creation needs, ensuring smooth production processes.

• Create 2D assets. Assist in creating eye‑catching 2D assets for UA ads and static content.

• Optimize assets. Adjust existing assets for different formats and specifications such as resizing, re-layouts, and localizations.

• Use design tools. Work with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to deliver high‑quality outputs.

• Support motion design. Contribute to motion graphics production with a strong interest in animation and visual storytelling.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
