Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking an Employee Experience Designer to shape and improve employee journeys, culture, and employer branding across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design programs, events, and scalable processes that engage people and strengthen the company brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a design discipline or related field.
• Experience in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Internal Communications or similar roles is a plus.
• Ability to plan and organize internal and external events and engagement programs.
• Strong visual design, attention to detail, and ability to translate feedback into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve employee experience initiatives and onboarding programs.
• Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Build and maintain scalable employee experience processes, documentation, and workflows.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback and translate insights into actions.
• Support employer branding across social media, events, and partnerships.
• Create high-quality visual materials and communications for projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Track market trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Job Description

We are looking for an Employee Experience Designerwho will take an active role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee experience and employer branding initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging employee journeys, strengthen company culture, organize internal and external events, and build scalable processes that support employee engagement and employer branding.

This role requires someone with a strong design mindset who can combine creativity with operational excellence, turning ideas into structured and sustainable employee experience programs.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or another related design discipline is preferred.
• Previous experience in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement, or similar roles is a plus.
• Experience planning and organizing internal and external corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, community activities, or employer branding events.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong visual design skills with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to build structured, scalable processes while managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate employee feedback into meaningful improvements.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with a passion for building exceptional employee experiences.
