Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment processes. You will manage Linux/Windows servers, CI/CD pipelines, IaC tooling, and container orchestration to ensure high availability and reliability.

You will collaborate with development teams, monitor systems, and optimize performance while contributing to HA/DR strategies. Strong Linux/Windows administration, CI/CD, and container tech experience are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficient in Bash scripting for automation and system tasks.
• Knowledge of monitoring/log analysis tools (Elasticsearch, Kibana) is a plus.
• Database experience (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will take part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and deployment processes. You will:

• Manage installation, configuration, integration, and updates of Linux & Windows servers,
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions),
• Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible),
• Manage applications and their orchestration with modern container technologies,
• Monitor and optimize system performance, handle capacity planning, and ensure quick incident resolution,
• Integrate monitoring & logging tools (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats),
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and reliability,
• Contribute to high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies.

Experince & Skills:

• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field,
• Experience with Linux & Windows server administration,
• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD processes & automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions),
• Experience with Bash scripting for automation and system tasks,
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes),
• Knowledge of monitoring & log analysis tools (Elasticsearch, Kibana) is a plus,
• Database management experience (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills,
• Good command of English.
