Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking a Business Analyst to support the product development lifecycle by analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and contributing to the delivery of software products.

You will work closely with Product, Software, UI/UX and QA teams, gaining hands-on experience with Agile practices and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring requirement clarity, completeness, and testability across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of software development project experience.
• Basic understanding of SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, product development, and user-focused software design.
• Ability to analyze problems and learn from feedback.
• Good communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Knowledge of UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Experience with Visio, MS Project and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to analysis of business, user, and stakeholder needs with relevant stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Own clarity, completeness, and testability of requirements.
• Engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support backlog preparation, refinement, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Software Team during planning and development.
• Collaborate with QA during UAT by clarifying requirements and outcomes.
• Track requirement changes and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to reporting, analysis outputs, and documentation.
• Assist in market and competitor research to support strategy.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure readiness for planning, review and release.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will support the product development lifecycle by helping analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements, land contributing to the delivery of software products.

You will work closely with Product, Software, UI/UX and QA team members, gaining hands-on experience in product analysis, Agile practices, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you will do;

• Contribute to the analysis of business, user, and stakeholder needs through active collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to support development and testing
• Own the clarity, completeness, and testability of business and functional requirements
• Actively engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on product requirements and priorities
• Support backlog preparation, refinement, and prioritization activities
• Collaborate with the Software Team during planning and development processes
• Collaborate with the QA Team during UAT by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes
• Track requirement changes and keep related documentation up to date throughout the product lifecycle
• Contribute to reporting, analysis outputs, and documentation to support product and team decisions
• Assist in market and competitor research to support product strategy and feature discussions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help ensure product readiness for planning, review, and release

Experience & Skills

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in software development projects
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Basic knowledge of business analysis, product development, and user-focused software design
• Ability to analyze problems, ask the right questions, and learn from feedback
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and take responsibility
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Curiosity about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• Preferably, knowledge of software testing processes and methods(UAT, regression, performance)
• Preferably, experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office tools
• Fluency in English
