Job summary

Arçelik Pazarlama A.Ş. is seeking a Lead - After Sales (HVAC) to join the Customer Care Directorate in Ankara.

The role focuses on planning regional activities to enhance customer satisfaction, site visits, dealer visits, and service center oversight to ensure adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years HVAC experience, strong English, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and HVAC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial air conditioning (HVAC).
• Strong command of MS Office, AutoCAD and HVAC software.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor regional activities related to customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site visits, project implementation checks, and communicate with customers and investors.
• Visit authorized dealers/services and resolve their problems.
• Supervise authorized service centers for compliance with procedures and standards.
• Control pay and benefits of authorized services.
• Report all activities to the regional administrator.
