Job summary

Johnson Controls in Marmara Region is seeking a passionate HVAC Sales Executive to accelerate growth across Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop solutions and related systems. You will develop new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with industrial end users, consultants, contractors and investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong product knowledge in Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Valves.
• Proven experience in developing new business and acquiring new customers.
• Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and in advising customers on suitable HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Completed military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Marmara Region.
• Proactively approach industrial customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision makers.
• Promote and sell HVAC solutions including Chillers, AHU, FCU, Rooftop Units, and related systems.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long‑term customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Effectively present technical and commercial solutions to various stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
