Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. in Istanbul seeks an Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide hands-on network and compute infrastructure support on-site and remotely.

You will monitor systems, resolve incidents, assist with change control, and coordinate with global teams to keep services stable, secure, and reliable. The role requires 3–5 years of IT operations experience, strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows Server, Cisco switching, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years of professional IT operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, Windows Server, Cisco switching, and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for network and compute infrastructure to ensure stable IT services.
• Monitor environments, review alerts, identify issues, and proactively prevent interruptions.
• Troubleshoot network incidents across cabling, hardware, switching, routing, and configuration layers.
• Support Windows Server and compute environments, including configuration and maintenance.
• Coordinate with global teams and vendors during incidents and change activities.
• Maintain ITSM records and infrastructure documentation.
