Job summary

IOM - UN Migration in Ankara requires an IT professional to support staff onsite, install and maintain networks, servers, and user devices. The role includes training end users and maintaining inventory and documentation.

Fluency in English and Turkish is required. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, VPN, and security practices is expected, with experience in Cisco Meraki devices and VOIP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years in a networking/IT support role.
• Fluency in English and Turkish; 다른 languages not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user support to staff.
• Manage ticketing via system, email, phone, or in person.
• Install and administer network components (routers, firewalls, access points, switches).
• Monitor LAN/WAN systems and perform maintenance.
• Install/configure desktops and software (Windows, Server, MS Office, O365).
• Develop user training and maintain IT inventory and documentation.
