Job summary

iSoftStone is seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist in Istanbul to provide hands‑on operational support across network and compute infra. You will monitor environments, troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues, and assist with server room operations and incident management.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT operations, familiarity with LAN/WAN, Windows Server, and Cisco environments, plus strong English/Turkish communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years in Network Ops, System Admin, or similar IT Operations role.
• Solid understanding of network and compute infra with hands‑on experience in at least one area.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for network and compute infra to ensure stable IT services.
• Monitor environments, review alerts, identify issues, and prevent service interruptions.
• Troubleshoot incidents across cabling, hardware, network, and server layers.
• Support Windows Server and compute environments, including configuration and maintenance.
• Lead first‑line support during major incidents and coordinate escalations with teams.
• Perform changes under approved Change Requests following ITIL processes.
• Maintain accurate inventories, topology, and server room documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure delivery and maintenance.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation alongside Security and Global teams.
