Job summary

Otto International GmbH, Liaison Office Istanbul, is seeking an IT Support professional to monitor and handle tickets for the Help Desk, provide remote support for local offices, admin and maintain IT systems, and ensure security and availability across local networks and VC systems.

The ideal candidate has experience in IT support, a good knowledge of servers and networks, is fluent in English, and can manage time effectively while staying up-to-date with digital tools, especially Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT system and user support.
• Good knowledge of server infrastructure and networks.
• Hands-on and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle tickets for IT Support Help Desk covering Asia and Europe hours.
• Monitor IT security alert events and respond during Asia/Europe hours.
• Provide remote IT support to local offices when on-site support is unavailable.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure locally.
• Provide on-site tech support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and security.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and support activities.
• Educate teams on digital tools and self-learning; keep skills up-to-date.
• Provide basic and advanced IT training on Microsoft 365 to users.
