Adwhit Company is seeking an IT Specialist / Technical Support to join our Istanbul office. You will provide first-level technical support to employees and help maintain daily IT workflows.

The role requires a university degree in IT or related field, good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Turkish language is a plus and English proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in technical support is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office and networking principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide initial technical support for employees (devices, software, networks).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, email, and internal systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices and software.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the next level when needed.
• Adhere to the company's IT policies and procedures.
• Document malfunctions, procedures, and solutions followed.
