Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician (On Call/Backfill) to provide desk and end-user support onsite at Şişli, Istanbul, Türkiye. The role offers flexible, project-based, on-call work with an hourly rate of 500 Turkish Lira, plus a daily food allowance of 300 Turkish Lira and travel reimbursement where applicable.

The ideal candidate will assist with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office/M365, printers, and basic networking while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support for end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
• Configure printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform hardware replacements and equipment installations.
• Set up workstations for new employees.
• Handle basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.
• Document completed work accurately and professionally.
