Job summary

Maersk Denizcilik seeks an IT Operations Specialist to join our Istanbul office. You will be the first technical resource for on-site IT needs, supporting multiple offices and warehouses across Turkey, with remote collaboration to global teams.

You will troubleshoot incidents, configure PCs, manage BIOS settings, and ensure security and process compliance. The role requires flexibility for some after-hours support and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st line IT support and incident handling.
• Strong understanding of desktop/endpoint IT environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration suites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support and incident resolution.
• Perform on-site and remote user support across offices and warehouses.
• Configure PCs, BIOS and network connectivity; manage peripherals.
