Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a related role.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong priority management and planning abilities.
• Ability to meet targets and understand the sales process.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Able to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with quotation, order entry, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of IT product sets is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Generate new business by planning outbound calls and discussing solutions.
• Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Develop relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Utilize multiple information sources to maximize call outcomes and opportunities.
• Manage customer backorders using specialist knowledge and project insights.
• Provide quotations and negotiate pricing and promotions.
• Maintain service levels and update TD SYNNEX CRM with opportunities.
• Ensure accurate customer information in CRM and reporting.
