Job summary
TD SYNNEX in Turkey is seeking a motivated technical support associate to assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities for assigned brands, helping with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
You will build technical relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, support product demos, Proof of Concepts, and prepare documentation, while learning about products and technology.
The role also supports company events with basic technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in technical support or related fields.
- Vendor certifications related to Network Security are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with post-sales support for partners and end users: help with installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support if necessary.
- Keep track of assigned products and technologies and stay current with new developments.
- Support technical relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors.
- Help with technical training sessions for resellers or end users, and represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.
