Job summary

TD SYNNEX Turkiye is seeking a technical support associate to assist with post-sales support for partners and end users, including installation, maintenance, and basic repairs. The role supports the sales team with pre-sales activities as needed and helps keep product and technology knowledge up to date.

You will participate in technical training sessions, represent the company at events with basic presentations, and build relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred.
Vendors' requirement certifications about Network Security.

Responsibilities

Assist with post-sales support for partners and end users: help with installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support if necessary
Keep track of assigned products and technologies and work on building skills to stay current with new developments.
Support technical relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors.
Help with technical training sessions for resellers or end users, and represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.
