Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a technical support professional to assist with pre-sales and post-sales activities for assigned brands, ensuring smooth installation, maintenance, and basic repairs. You will help the sales team by setting up demos, supporting proofs of concepts, and preparing documentation.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, learning about products and technology, and providing basic technical support at company events.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred.
• Vendor certifications about Network Security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with post-sales support for partners and end users: help with installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support if necessary.
• Keep track of assigned products and technologies and stay current with new developments.
• Support technical relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors.
• Help with technical training sessions for resellers or end users, and represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.
