Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Turkey is seeking an Inside Sales specialist focused on SMB accounts, with strong product knowledge who can manage quotes and orders. You will build customer and vendor relationships and drive revenue while meeting KPIs under supervision.

You will plan outbound calls, identify opportunities, and collaborate with pre-sales when needed. Accurate order entry in the CRM and proactive communication are essential to deliver value to TD SYNNEX customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build excellent customer and vendor relationships with specialist product knowledge
• Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls
• Achieve monthly/ quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
• Develop relationships with internal and external contacts
• Engage in inside selling using multiple information sources
• Manage customer backorders with specialist knowledge
• End-to-end project management or handover to pre-sales
• Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, offers
• Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels with customers
• Achieve KPIs such as customer engagement
• Sell TD SYNNEX value proposition
• Develop partner relationships (account planning, cross-selling)
• Identify project opportunities and engage with BDMs
• Drive sales of specific products/vendors with required knowledge
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across segments
• Generate and own a pipeline in TD SYNNEX CRM and ensure closure
• Manage backorder expectations and reporting
• Maintain CRM data quality
