Job summary

TD SYNNEX Turkiye seeks an inside sales specialist focused on a sub BU, with deep portfolio knowledge, pricing, and quote management. You will build strong customer and vendor relationships, close orders, and be incentivised based on portfolio performance.

Responsibilities include proactive outbound calling to identify opportunities, maintaining a CRM pipeline, and collaborating with pre-sales for technical details.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related role.
• Numerate with good attention to detail and strong phone etiquette.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize to hit targets.
• Understanding of the sales process and customer engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience with quotation, order entry, or IT systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent customer and vendor relationships with product knowledge.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Develop relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain active inside selling using multiple information sources.
• Manage customer backorder with specialist knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotations for various segments and opportunities.
• Generate and own a pipeline of deals in the CRM and ensure closure.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
