TD SYNNEX Turkiye is seeking a technically capable individual to assist with post-sales support, deliver basic expertise for assigned brands, and help with pre-sales activities as needed. The role involves installation, maintenance, training, and documentation to support customers, partners, and vendors.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), and hold network security certifications to align with vendor requirements.

• 2 - 3 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering preferred.
• Vendors' requirement certifications about Network Security.

Mansioni

• Assist with post-sales support for partners and end users: help with installation, maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Assist the Sales team with pre-sales support if necessary
• Keep track of assigned products and technologies and work on building skills to stay current with new developments.
• Support technical relationships with resellers, customers, and vendors.
• Help with technical training sessions for resellers or end users, and represent the company at marketing events with basic technical presentations.
