TD SYNNEX Turkiye is seeking an inside sales specialist focused on a sub-BU, with deep portfolio knowledge and vendor pricing. You will manage quotes, close orders, and be incentived based on portfolio performance. Typical duties include outbound calls, opportunity development, and pipeline management.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, strong numeracy and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office. Turkish market experience and IT product knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales/inside sales role.
• Numerate with good attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Priority management and planning skills.
• Strive to achieve set targets.
• Understands Sales Process.
• Effective communication and relationship-building.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM preferred.
• Knowledge of IT product set desirable.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Generate new business by outbound calls and discussing solutions/products.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Develop relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Engage in inside selling using various sources to maximize outcomes.
• Manage customer backorders and utilize specialist knowledge.
