Job summary

TD SYNNEX Turkiye is seeking a technical support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance. You will install, configure, and integrate a broad range of TD SYNNEX products into customer environments, monitor performance, and document issues.

The role requires after-hours work as well as on-site presence, with strong English and local language communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve small–medium customer issues per SLA with field/remote support.
• Monitor systems to ensure performance meets business requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions; escalate when needed.
• Perform hardware installation and deployment at customer sites.
• Manage RMA process and liaise with vendors for parts.
