Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Istanbul seeks a Customer Development Manager – Indirect Trade (IDT) to drive sustainable growth in sales, profitability, and market share. You will lead partnerships with Local SPMs and elevate in-store execution across channels.

In this role, you will negotiate listings, planograms, displays, and promotions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf management and 5P adherence. Fluent in English and Turkish required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Customer Management experience in FMCG.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Indirect Trade in Local SPMs with a focus on sustainable, profitable growth.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness and efficiency through best-in-class execution.
• Be a key partner to internal and external stakeholders to win at the point of purchase.
• Build partnerships with Local SPM in Istanbul to achieve sales targets.
• Lead negotiations for new product listings, planograms, shelf layouts, in-store displays, and promotions.
• Collaborate to develop tools and merchandising materials and drive shelf management.
