Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Customer Development Manager – Indirect Trade (IDT) Local SPM in Istanbul to drive sustainable growth in sales, profitability, market share and product distribution. You will be at the heart of our commercial strategy, building strong partnerships and elevating execution in-store.

As IDT lead, you will negotiate listings, planograms, shelf layouts, in-store displays, and promotions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize 5P performance and stock

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relative area.
Minimum 5 years of Customer Management experience in the FMCG industry.
Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Indirect Trade business with Local SPMs in Istanbul for sustainable growth.
Negotiate new product listings, planograms, shelf layouts, in-store displays, and regional promotions.
Collaborate with Shopper Development Manager to develop tools and merchandising materials and drive 5P execution.
Ensure stock availability by monitoring distributors' inventories and maximize sales opportunities.
Maintain compliance with Colgate-Palmolive policies and standards.
