Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Retail Environment Manager (Trade Marketing) in Istanbul, Turkey. This role focuses on developing 5P strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving share growth across retail environments. Travel up to 10% is required, with a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Trade Marketing or related fields, plus people management experience, and fluency in English and Turkish. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences, Economics, or Administrative Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Environment, or Shopper.
• People management experience.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5P priorities per retail environment.
• Conduct RE-based share of market, distribution and pricing analysis.
• Distribute monthly price lists to customer development teams.
• Manage GtN investment and adjust customer/RE plans to improve results.
• Develop fact-based Go-to-Market plans and selling stories.
• Collaborate with customer development teams to develop joint business plans.
• Manage day-to-day business within a medium-term strategic plan.
