Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI in Fatih, Istanbul, seeks a Key Account Executive for the Discounter Key Account team to drive promotions and tailor programs for customers. You will coordinate with regions and other functions to ensure execution standards and maximize profitability.

The role requires fluent Turkish and English, a minimum of 3 years in Sales & FMCG, and a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus. You will leverage data to guide channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus.
• Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking and writing).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing promotions, activities and tailor made programs specific to customers
• Controlling and following up the execution standards through market visits and understanding customer needs
• Planning annual budget according to customer expectations and profit objectives
• Applying new implementations in line with trends and shopper behavior
• Enhancing and differentiating customer’s product portfolio through trials of proper products
• Coordinating with related functions to meet customer and consumer needs for launches
• Planning recommendations based on BW, B2B, Nielsen, HTP data to reach channel KPIs
• Providing coordination between customer plans and regions
• Contributing to process improvement projects
