Job summary

Ferrero in Istanbul is seeking a Trade Marketing SPM (Supermarkets) Channel Development Manager to drive sustainable growth by shaping channel and customer strategies within the SPM channel. Based in Istanbul, you will report to the Trade Marketing Channel & Category Development Manager and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to turn insights into action.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or related commercial roles.
Fluent in English and Turkish.
Experience with Nielsen or market intelligence tools is advantageous.
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies across channels and customers.
Support Sales teams in customer contract negotiations with data-driven selling arguments.
Contribute to end-to-end customer offers and JBPs.
Monitor channel and customer performance using sell-in/sell-out data and market analysis.
Define business targets and align with Sales for timely follow-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise trade investments and execution excellence.
