• Excellent analytical capabilities with proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies across channels and customers.
• Develop action plans to achieve channel and customer objectives.
• Support Sales in customer contract negotiations with data-driven arguments.
• Contribute to end-to-end customer offer process with cross-functional alignment.
• Foster strategic partnerships and Joint Business Plans with key customers.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities, risks, and improvements.
• Define KPIs and share targets with Sales for alignment and follow-up.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize trade investments and initiatives.
