Dent Adavista is looking for a new International Patient Coordinator to join our team in Kuşadası.

This role is about much more than answering calls and messages. As one of the first points of contact for our international patients, you will play an important role in building trust, understanding their needs, and guiding them throughout your dental journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and communicate confidently with international patients
• Strong follow-up skills with a goal-oriented approach to converting enquiries into appointments
• Confidence using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Organised and detail-oriented approach to CRM management, patient follow-ups, and daily reporting
• Flexibility to communicate with patients across different countries and time zones, including evenings when needed
• Positive, energetic, solution-oriented, and team-focused attitude
• A professional and well-presented appearance
• A second foreign language is considered an advantage
