• Continue optimizing landing pages and forms; conduct A/B testing.
• Develop data-driven approaches for CTAs and ad copy.
• Leverage AI tools to generate ad copy and optimize creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPA, ROAS.
• Create reports and visuals using Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Support lead nurturing via CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative and advertising strategies.
• Stay updated with advertising trends and tools; propose innovative solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, develop performance-driven strategies to acquire potential customers, and enhance the brand’s digital visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Manage high-budget advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Snapchat Ads, and others on a daily basis
• Run tests and optimizations to increase form conversion rates and improve lead quality
• Continuously optimize landing page and form experiences, conducting A/B testing
• Develop innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented approaches for CTAs and ad copy
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate ad copy, optimize creatives, and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize metrics such as ROI and CPA
• Create reports and visualize data using tools like Supermetrics, Looker Studio, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
• Support lead nurturing processes using CRM systems (Zoho, etc.) and marketing automation tools
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align creative, content, and advertising strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends and tools, bringing forward innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks (MQL, SQL) and experience in optimizing campaigns towards high-quality lead generation.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills (essential, as English is the primary language used within our teams.
• Turkish language proficiency is considered a plus
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is considered a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, Looker Studio
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.) is considered a plus.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho, Bitrix etc.) and Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance
• Curious, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns toward key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
