Job summary

Antalya Dental ART is seeking a proactive Patient Coordinator to bridge the clinic and international patients. You will manage patient journeys from initial consultation to post-treatment care, delivering high-touch service and clear communication.

The role requires native or fluent German and strong English, a relevant bachelor's degree, and experience in medical front-office or translation. On-site in Aksu, Antalya.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in translation, German/English studies, or equivalent.
• Experience in patient coordination or medical front-office roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for international patients and provide ongoing support.
• Translate verbally and liaise between dental team and patients.
• Explain treatment plans and procedures in German.
• Schedule appointments and manage follow-up communications.
• Handle front-desk coordination and accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with clinical and sales teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.
