Job summary

Aura Smile Studio in Antalya is seeking an English-speaking Sales Coordinator to support our international patient market. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media, guide clients through treatment journeys and manage leads in the CRM.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, flexible hours, and the ability to build trust and convert enquiries into bookings while coordinating with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, persuasion and sales skills are required.
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle international patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Understand patient needs and guide them toward suitable treatment journeys.
• Manage leads, follow-ups and patient conversations in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate patient records and present treatment offers clearly.
• Build trust, handle objections and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Follow up with potential patients throughout decision-making process.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and report on performance.
• Represent Aura Smile Studio professionally throughout the patient journey.

Aura Smile Studio is looking for an English-speaking Sales Coordinator to join our international team and support our growing English-speaking patient market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication, persuasion and sales skills
• Confident, motivated and target-oriented
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable communicating by phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, healthcare or medical tourism is an advantage
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
• Based in Antalya or willing to relocate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicating with international patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media
• Understanding each patient's needs and guiding them toward the most suitable treatment journey
• Managing new leads, follow-ups and ongoing patient conversations through the CRM system
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Preparing and presenting treatment offers clearly and professionally
• Building trust, handling objections and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Following up with potential patients consistently throughout the decision-making process
• Coordinating with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate patient information
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Preparing regular sales and lead performance reports
• Representing Aura Smile Studio professionally throughout the entire patient journey
