Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, International Relations, Foreign Languages).
• Fluent in Turkish and at least two of English, German, Russian or French.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient coordination or health tourism preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Patient-oriented, culturally sensitive, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for international patients from inquiry to follow-up.
• Coordinate with medical teams to prepare detailed treatment plans.
• Prepare and present treatment offers and cost estimates in writing and verbally.
• Organize logistics including airport transfers, accommodation, and appointments.
• Provide translation and interpretation as needed.
• Maintain continuous communication with patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain confidential records of patient interactions.
• Support aftercare and satisfaction follow-ups.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and multilingual Foreign Patient Coordinator who will manage the entire healthcare process for our international patients. This includes communication, coordination of treatment, accommodation, and follow-up to ensure a smooth and satisfying patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for international patients from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Coordinate with medical teams to prepare detailed treatment plans
• Prepare and present treatment offers and cost estimates in writing and verbally
• Organize logistics including airport transfers, accommodation, and appointments
• Provide translation and interpretation services when needed (Turkish and other languages)
• Maintain continuous communication with patients throughout their medical journey
• Manage professional communication with international agencies and partners
• Keep accurate and confidential records of all patient interactions
• Conduct satisfaction follow-ups after discharge and assist with aftercare support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Management, International Relations, Foreign Languages)
• Fluent in Turkish and at least two of the following languages: English, German, Russian, French
• Minimum 1 year of experience in patient coordination, health tourism, or international service industries preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
• Patient-oriented, culturally sensitive, and highly organized
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
