Job summary

Aura Smile Studio in Antalya welcomes an International Patient Coordinator to ensure a seamless journey for international patients from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.

You will coordinate between patients and doctors, manage appointments and records, and deliver clear, compassionate information to support patients throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in health tourism, hospitals, or clinics in patient relations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused attitude.
• Empathetic, organised, and solution-oriented with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist international patients (mainly from the UK) throughout their treatment journey at the clinic.
• Coordinate communication between patients and doctors to ensure a smooth process.
• Manage treatment planning, appointments, and follow-up.
• Provide clear information, reassurance, and support before and after treatment.
• Maintain patient satisfaction through proactive communication and care.
• Keep accurate patient records and prepare regular reports.

• Previous experience in health tourism, hospitals, or clinics in patient relations is preferred.

• Able to manage scheduling, planning, and follow-up efficiently.
• Comfortable using MS Office and online communication tools.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Antalya (Lara or Güzeloba area).
